(1) According to the Provincial Act, a fund may be established under the name of Provincial Contingency Fund and the amount determined in accordance with the Provincial Act from time to time shall be deposited in such fund.
(2) The funds under sub-section (1) shall be under the control of the provincial government. The state government can spend from such funds for emergency work.
(3) The amount of expenses as per sub-section (2) shall be inquired as soon as possible in accordance with the provincial law.
